Billy Boat Performance Exhaust continues to push the performance exhaust envelope with the development of our Volkswagon exhaust systems. Extensive research and development time was spent designing a system which delivers in both sound quality and performance. Available for the MK4 and MK5, the systems incorporate downpipes with 200 cell hi-flow metal catalytic convertors.

We started from scratch to offer a complete high performance exhaust system for the MK5 Volkswagon. Extensive dyno testing on our in-house dynamometer afforded us impressive horsepower and torque gains throughout the entire power band. The entire system is meticulously built by hand using T304 Stainless Steel for a lifetime of performance - guaranteed!
