Performance for your CTS-V begins with Billy Boat Performance Exhaust’s long tube headers. Precision crafted from 1.750” CNC mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tube and 3/8” thick flanges cut on one of two water jets these headers these headers were designed on our in house chassis dyno. Incorporating the correct firing sequence pairing exhaust ports together into a hand fabricated collector creates more efficient exhaust pulse scavenging which equaled increases of 40HP and 33ft.lbs of torque when used in combination with B&B’s cat back and high flow cats.
